Online alarm clock for 1:13 am

While getting ready well ahead of the trip, set the alarm for 1:13 am so you can check the hives before transporting them to the mānuka site. That leaves the inspection finished before 2:00 am, with time to secure loose gear, note anything unusual, and prepare for the drive along quiet rural roads.

Because this check matters before departure, test the alarm now rather than discovering a problem when you need it. Choose 1:13 am, start the alarm, confirm the displayed time, and briefly set another alert a minute ahead to hear whether the signal is loud enough. If the browser session ends or the phone goes to sleep, the alert for checking the hives may not sound, so keep it running and use a separate backup alarm.

During a pre-dawn hive check, a bright screen can make the surrounding darkness harder to work with. Lower the display brightness before leaving the house, switch to a warmer or darker screen setting, and avoid staring at the phone after confirming 1:13 am. Keep a torch ready for the boxes and track so the phone is only needed to dismiss the alarm.
