This privacy notice explains how the site handles personal information. It applies to visits, contact messages and technical records generated when a browser requests a page. We may process an IP address, approximate region, device and browser details, requested pages, timestamps, referral information and basic error logs. If you contact us, we also process the name, address and message details you choose to provide. We do not need identity documents, financial details or health information for an ordinary enquiry.

Information is used to deliver pages, protect the service, diagnose faults, understand aggregate use, answer correspondence and meet legal obligations. The grounds for handling it depend on the activity and can include consent, performance of a requested service, legitimate operational interests and compliance with law. Logs are not used to make decisions about employment, credit, insurance or eligibility for public services. We do not present the hour pages as profiles of individual routines.
