How to use the online alarm clock

This preset starts a countdown to a point 10 minutes from now. It provides an immediate shared reference for a short task, departure, break, call, cooking step, or weekday plan.

The display runs in the device's local time and shows the remaining interval continuously. If the target is being shared with someone on the Chatham Islands or overseas, include the written local time to prevent an offset being mistaken for a delay.

Allow practical margin for school traffic, reduced evening buses, ferry check-in, roadworks, or a forecast change. The timer measures time precisely, but it cannot account for the trip or preparation around it. Times follow the device's local setting, so confirm its zone after travel or a clock change.
